Before deploying the ServiceNow connector, ensure you have the following prerequisites :

1. ServiceNow Instance: Access to a supported version of ServiceNow that you’re authorized to access with appropriate roles, preferably as an administrator.
2. Source of Identity Data: A source within ServiceNow where Identity Bridge can load identity information from, allowing each identity to be associated with an account and access to be governed accordingly.
3. Permission for OAuth 2.0: Authorization to manage OAuth 2.0 client applications in ServiceNow, enabling secure authentication and access management.
4. Endpoint URL: Knowledge of the endpoint URL of your ServiceNow instance and a supported method for securely connecting to it. This ensures seamless communication between ServiceNow and Identity Bridge.
