Before deploying the JIRA connector, ensure the following pre-requisites are met: 

• Access to a JIRA instance with appropriate administrative privileges. 
• Permission to manage OAuth 2.0 client applications in JIRA. 
• Knowledge of the endpoint URL of the JIRA instance and supported methods for securely connecting to it.
